For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the cuki88 website accessible at https://cuki88.app, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any applications through which cuki88 services are delivered.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Member" or "Player" means any natural person who has successfully registered an Account and is authorised to access the Platform's services.
• "Company" means the legal entity operating the cuki88 Platform, licensed under international gaming regulations.
• "Wallet" means the IDR-denominated virtual balance held within a Member's Account, used to place bets and receive winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Member subject to applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount a Member must place before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by cuki88 prior to authorising withdrawals or as otherwise required by the Company.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to and use of online gaming services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all Wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the Platform are denominated.

Access to and use of the cuki88 Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account or otherwise accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. cuki88 does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, wager, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by statute or regulation applicable to you personally.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

5. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended, closed for cause, or terminated by the Company due to a breach of this Agreement.
6. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by cuki88 or any associated responsible gaming programme.

cuki88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension until verification is completed. The Company may void any bets placed and withhold any associated winnings pending satisfactory verification.

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or bank accounts — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cuki88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact cuki88 support immediately via live chat.

cuki88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2 of this Agreement.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cuki88 does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported Indonesian payment channels.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include major Indonesian banks — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata — and the following Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Availability of specific methods may change without notice; the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

1. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. cuki88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
2. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
3. Deposits credited to your Wallet that have been used to place bets are non-refundable once a wagering transaction has been confirmed.
4. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Members who have not completed KYC may be unable to withdraw funds until verification requirements are satisfied.
5. Withdrawal funds will be remitted only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and matching the identity documents on file. cuki88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6. Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for amounts within automated processing thresholds. Larger withdrawal amounts may require manual review and may take up to 24 hours. cuki88 does not guarantee processing times during periods of unusually high transaction volume.
7. cuki88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction it deems unusual or requiring additional due diligence, consistent with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

cuki88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-based promotions tied to Indonesian cultural occasions and major sporting events. All Bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may not be claimed by the same individual more than once unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
2. Each Bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms before you claim. Unless otherwise specified, the standard Wagering Requirement is 10x the Bonus amount for slots, and higher multipliers may apply for live casino and sportsbook games.
3. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds are held in a separate Bonus balance within your Wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
4. Bonuses expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
5. cuki88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including in circumstances where it has reason to believe the promotion is being abused or exploited through coordinated or systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.
6. Members found to have abused the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, use of automated software, or collusion — will have their Bonus balances voided and may have their Accounts terminated.

Promotional offers are communicated via the Platform, registered email address, and in-account notifications. cuki88 does not accept liability for promotional communications that are not received due to incorrect email addresses or spam filtering.

The cuki88 Platform hosts games and betting markets supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming, among others. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and this Agreement, this Agreement prevails for matters of account management, financial transactions, and dispute resolution; the game provider's rules prevail for matters of game mechanics, payouts, and void/cancellation conditions specific to that game.

The following betting conditions apply across all product verticals on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. cuki88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a technical error demonstrably resulted in the incorrect recording of a bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and Member account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market before placement.
• cuki88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or game conditions that result from a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Wallet.
• Live casino games, including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and game show titles, are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. Interruptions to live streams due to connectivity issues on the Member's side do not entitle the Member to a refund of stakes placed prior to the interruption.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuki88 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through any agent or nominee.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform functionality to obtain an unfair advantage or financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus systems.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your payment provider after the funds have been credited to and used within your Wallet.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy service, or any other method of disguising your true geographic location.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to cuki88's systems, servers, databases, or any other Member's Account.

All content on the cuki88 Platform — including but not limited to the cuki88 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, software, text, audio, video, and game interfaces — is the proprietary property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content or software from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuki88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics provided on the Platform, which are furnished for informational purposes only and may contain errors or delays.
• Any financial loss resulting from bets placed during a period when the Member's Account should have been suspended or restricted under responsible gaming controls that the Member failed to activate.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cuki88 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cuki88 does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, game studios, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of your Account.

cuki88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cuki88 will notify registered Members via email and/or a prominent on-Platform notification at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect, except where changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuki88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including questions regarding its existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration panels of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in Indonesia provide otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indonesian law to the extent those rights cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.
